Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- All pieces will be shipped within a week after purchase, and will generally arrive within 4-7 business days unless faster shipping option is selected
- If it's a pre-order piece, it will ship when the items are ready, production is usually 3-6 weeks
- There's an automatic free shipping on all orders over $100 (domestic only)
- I do ship internationally, eta at check out
Local Pick Up
- If you live in Chicago and would like to pick up at Bucktown, select “local pick up” at checkout
- I will contact you to arrange pick-up with no extra fee
Return Policy
- No returns/exchanges unless item arrived damaged, if that's the case, please email me at glossyclay.studio@gmail.com asap
