Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- All pieces will be shipped within a week after purchase, and will arrive within 4-7 business days unless a faster shipping option is selected
- If it's a pre-order piece, it will ship when the items are ready. Production is usually 3-6 weeks
- There's an automatic free shipping on all orders over $100 (domestic only)
- I do ship internationally, eta at checkout, but with the new US tariff policy changes, customers are responsible for any additional charges that may occur, such as customs payment
Return Policy
- No returns/exchanges unless the item arrived damaged. If that's the case, please email me at glossyclay.studio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery
